Do you offer local delivery?

Not at this time 

What is your store's exchange and return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will take care of it. We are not responsible for loss due to the postal service or for any loss due to pin backs falling off.

What if my order was lost/never delivered/etc?

Unfortunately we do not have any control over packages once we drop them off, so if you have any questions about your order after it has shipped, please contact your local post office. If the item is shipped back to us due to incorrect address we will return it upon receipt. Buyer must pay for return shipping.
